My name is Jeffrey Mobley and I am a resident here in Scotch Creek! I am the founder of Gains Kingdom fitness and a NASM certified personal trainer specializing in bodybuilding and strength training. When achieving one’s fitness goals, it's important to comprehend two things. First, always strive to be better than you were before and adopt a ‘gain’ mentality. Second, your body needs to be treated as a fortress governed by YOU. That fortress needs to be upheld using the 5 pillars of fitness: Proper nutrition, supplementation, cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and coaching!
